Processing Timeline: The return process may take 7 to 15 business days, starting from the date we receive the returned product.
In case of a damage-related claim, the customer must provide an unboxing video recorded at the time of delivery. This video serves as essential evidence for verification.
Claims without video proof will not be entertained.
